Success is the movement of potential into the right direction.

Monika Fäßle
Monika is sensitive but challenging and gets the best out of me. She is a very good listener and I felt very comfortable being coached by her. Monika has challenged my limiting beliefs and allowed me to explore options that I would never have done myself. This has allowed me to move forward, particulary in my home life, by realigning what I really want to what I am actually working towards.

Consultant Profile Monika Fäßle

My personal goal is to support individuals and organisations in discovering, unfolding and fruitfully using their full potential.

My work as a psychologist and coach combines the analytic view of a scientist with the systemic perception of people within their environment. Medical and pedagogic knowledge and experience further enrich my work and support my holistic approach.

Living and studying abroad further enhanced my interest and preference for people from different cultural backgrounds and also strengthened my sensitivity to cultural differences that deserve respect.

With such acquired intercultural competence it is my personal aim to contribute to the appreciation of diversity especially in organisations operating in an increasingly global world.

Private Background:
I am living in Cologne with my family and apart from them I love inspiring gardens, Italian opera, travelling, other cultures and great food, particularly in the company of interesting people.

I am fascinated by people, their individuality and diversity and cannot imagine anything more rewarding but understanding and fruitfully supporting their minds and emotions as a psychologist and coach.
